Poll watching

Fayetteville Academy is riding a four-game winning streak in which it hasn’t allowed a goal.

That recent effort has them in 10th place in today’s North Carolina Soccer Coaches Association Private School Poll.

On Tuesday night, they visit their cross-town rival, Fayetteville Christian. Barring something unforeseen, I’ll be there.

But first things first.

Terry Sanford visits Jack Britt tonight in a game with plenty of Mid South implications. The Buccaneers are off to a perfect start in league play, but the visiting Bulldogs are just one game back.

Should be fun. So much fun, in fact, that I’ll be there to check it out.

See you there…
